Know Before You Go

Harvest season is a fun way to celebrate the transition into fall, but don’t forget to come prepared. Wearing comfortable shoes is a must if you plan on exploring a North Carolina or South Carolina corn maze, as you could potentially end up walking several miles depending on how long you spend in it. Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated and flashlights if you’ll be there after dark. Carolina Traveler staff recommend taking a mobile phone into the maze! Pro tip – store the “bug-out” number in your phone in case you become hopelessly lost and need help getting out.
