Get Face to Face With the Wild at Tiger World
Tigers, lions, wolves, and kangaroos. All in Rockwell, North Carolina.
Most people will never stand close enough to a tiger to hear it breathe. At Tiger World, that moment is part of the experience.
- VIP Safari Tours: Up-close, staff-guided encounters where guests can help feed animals and learn about their care.
- Rescue and rehabilitation: Every animal was rescued or rehabilitated, and admissions fund their lifelong care.
- Tiger World: Open most days, fully accessible with paved pathways, wheelchairs, and driving carts available on site.
- Family-friendly practicals: Affordable tickets, free parking, all ages welcome, ideal for families and wildlife lovers.
VIP Safari Tours bring visitors closer to the animals than a typical zoo visit ever could. Under the guidance of trained staff, guests can help feed tigers, lions, leopards, and wolves, then meet kangaroos, giant tortoises, and colorful birds along the way.
What makes the experience different is the mission behind it. Every animal at Tiger World was rescued, rehabilitated, or provided a permanent home, and every admission helps support their care.
Open seven days a week except Wednesdays. The facility is fully accessible, with paved pathways, wheelchairs, and driving carts available on site.
You may come for the tigers. Don't be surprised if another animal becomes your favorite.
