The Downtown Cary Social District allows guests to consume alcoholic beverages within its boundaries from 11 AM to 11 PM daily — boundaries are clearly marked and major entrances and exits.
What else should you know?
- BYOB and outside beverages are not permitted in the Downtown Cary Social District
- All alcoholic beverages consumed in the Downtown Cary Social District must be consumed from a specified cup, and no other container
- Guests can take their approved alcoholic beverages into any participating businesses that allow the special containers, as well as outdoor district spaces
- Guests are responsible for appropriately disposing of their special container/cup before leaving the Downtown Cary Social District.
