TomatoFEST!

Get your tastebuds ready, because it’s time for your favorit summer tradition: TomatoFEST!

On Saturday, August 1st, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Cherokee Clay Food Alliance will turn the Riverwalk behind the historic L&N Depot in downtown Murphy into a celebration of all things local, fresh, and delicious for our 4th Annual TomatoFEST.

Whether you’re a lifelong local or just visiting our beautiful mountain town, TomatoFEST has something for the entire family.

• We’ve got a dedicated Family Fun Tent packed with activities to keep the kids smiling.
• You can kick back and enjoy live local music right by the river.
• And come hungry, because we’ll have incredible food trucks and an array of unique local vendors showcasing the best of our community.

Plus, back by popular demand, is our fan-favorite Bloody Mary Competition! A $10 ticket (plus a valid ID that shows you’re 21+) lets you sample each competitor’s concoction so you can help us decide who takes home the crown for the best twist on this classic tomato cocktail.

The best part? TomatoFEST is happening right alongside the Murphy Farmers Market. Our local growers have been working hard all season, and this is the perfect opportunity to stock up on fresh produce, baked goods, and handmade crafts. When you support TomatoFEST and the Farmers Market, you are putting your support directly back into the hands of our Cherokee and Clay County neighbors.
