For the first time ever, North America’s largest and most immersive Titanic experience arrives in Charlotte, inviting visitors to step aboard the world’s most legendary ship. Featuring breathtaking ship re-creations, more than 300 authentic artifacts, and powerful personal stories of passengers and crew, this interactive exhibition brings the Titanic’s history vividly to life.
Guests receive a boarding pass tied to a real passenger, explore recreated first- and third-class cabins, walk through detailed galleries, and conclude their journey at a moving memorial wall revealing each passenger’s fate. Highlights include a stunning replica of the Grand Staircase, the boiler room, promenade deck under a starry night sky, and a Discovery Gallery with a glass floor simulating the ocean-floor debris field.
The Charlotte stop also features a special gallery, “Titanic’s Connections to the Carolinas,” showcasing North Carolina’s unique role in the ship’s final hours. Optional add-ons include a VR experience that descends 2.5 miles to the Titanic’s resting place and an enhanced audio guide.
